Authentic California Salsa

Good for partys of 5-8 people

2LB of tomatos
2LB of avocado
1 large brown onion
1 bundle of cillantro
2 red jalapenos
1 green jalapenos
1 crushed garlic clove
4 oz lemon or lime juice
Sea salt or regular salt to taste
Garlic pepper or garlic salt to taste

Puree the peppers
Chop onion very small
Chop cilantro small
Chop tomatos medium
Chop avocado medium

Mix in a bowl and chill in fridge for 30 min and serve up!

    Tenting with foil is just placing a piece of toifinl over the steaks, allowing them to remain warm while the juices have a chance to redistribute back into the meat and finish cooking, as they do continue to cook a bit after being removed from the heat.
